Many places on Bali are vegetarian. And I LOVE meat. So sometimes this was difficult. On the other hand, because of the warm weather it was fine for me to eat only 2x per day. And also to have a vegetarian dish every few days.
There are a lot of fruits and when it comes to meat, animals are usually smaller than what I’m used to in Europe, meaning also smaller bites.
A selection of some dishes I tried:

mint & pineapple juice
This was a bit dry for me with no sauce but in return the juice was very delicious!

A tiny duck but well prepared, a delicious dish! On that day I was really hungry 🙂

The small portions are served in little baskets made out of banan leaves. Super authentic!

The raw cukkini turned out to much for me, also being totally vegetarian I really needed a fruit bowl to feel full after eating.
