For over eleven years, I drove significant growth across diverse international markets. As a Regional Sales & Commercial Manager, I managed a substantial B2B portfolio of over 270 clients, achieving an impressive +409% revenue growth and securing market leadership. My commercial roles, including overseeing complex operations in over 15 countries consistently demonstrated that human connection is the most powerful differentiator for efficiency and success.

Complementing this, my academic background in literature and culture, including research at Utrecht University and the Huygens Institute in The Hague, instilled a rigorous, analytical and nuanced approach to communication and understanding complex human dynamics. This academic precision underpins the depth I bring to my work.

In parallel, my deep immersion in Eastern wisdom and presence-based cultures is a continuous journey, with regular returns to Asia. I have explored profound practices with invaluable insights into mind-body practices, mindfulness and emotional awareness on places like Bali, Nepal and India. My connection to Tibetan culture, exemplified by experiences with His Holiness the XIV. Dalai Lama, profoundly shaped my understanding of inner depth and alignment, drawing from an ancient philosophy of life. This Eastern perspective reveals that authentic leadership stems from a grounded inner state, fostering human values and conscious living.
